Sales Representative (Many Positions)
Job Description:-
Represent the company by providing sales & rental presentation of heavy equipment and serviced to customers
Represent the company in selling tools and equipment i.e. water pump, generator, and wind machine to customers
Arrange customer needs survey and provide sales & rental presentation of heavy equipment
Maintain existing customers and attract new customers, provide service both pre-sales and after sales
Submit weekly sales report and monitor the quote price of competitors to key head
Achieve the monthly target in accordance to policies and campaign launched
Qualifications :-
Male/Female, age 21 -35 years old
Diploma – Master’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, English Program or Overseas with minimum of GPA 2.50 or over ( TOEIC 550 is preferable and mainly considered)
Experience in sales for 1 – 3 years (Experience in selling technician tools and heavy equipment would be an advantage)
Ability to drive safely, own vehicle with driver’s license (The company provides vehicle wear and tear + gas+ accommodation + telephone allowances)
Good command of spoken and written English
Negotiation skills, Sociable, and Service Minded
Self-responsibility and problem solving
Ability to work outside and travel upcountry

Japanese Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:-
Supervise sales function in the area of responsibility
Plan and manage distribution network in assigned channels
Take part in sales strategic planning and policy
Implement marketing intelligence activities
Contact with the international customers listed by the action plan
Support the formal business letter in accordance with the business etiquette
List and earn the contact in whatever industrial business and report to the manager.
Coordinate to the quotation lists and price list of SEM , HEAVY or machineries
Manage quotation and approach to the Japanese business platform
Qualifications:-
Bachelor degree or higher in Liberal Arts ( Japanese ) or related field
1-3 years’ experience in Sales field or Customer Services
Driving license and be able to visit upcountry
Japanese & English skills are a must : ( Japanese is preferable) Spoken & Written skill ( TOEIC 550 is mainly considered and preferable) Japanese speaking and writing is also a must

Training Supervisor
Job Description :-
Organize & ensure annual company Learning and Development plans are executed effectively, and utilize the learning evaluation result for further development
Conducts training and orientation program for associates at all levels.
Implement training request, follow up and monitor post training result. Data entries into training system.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, key clients and external contact utilizing accepted principles of effective customer service.
Be part of consultation to line managers regarding Organization Development/ Individual Development plan concerns/issues and ensure its resolution are in place
Ensure to support career development, talent management and succession planning projects
Make recommendation for the outsourcing of training courses, if and when required and gives suggestions for inviting external resource speakers. As part of the associates training programs.
Coordinate with other development external resources to keep OD (Organization Development) knowledge up to date
Responsible for special assignments as assigned
Coordinates and administers ‘On the Job Training’ (OJT) System.
Design and drive the learning and development programs based on the organization’s development needs across the organization
Develop, implement and review a management succession plan and advise on strategies to overcome identified gaps
Develop annual learning and development plan
Ensure all learning and development activities are efficiently implemented, monitored, measured, reported and continuously improved
Lead the implementation of the performance management system which includes performance appraisal and individual development program across the organization
Ensure all activities implemented are in compliance with the organization’s KPI , Competency, ISO quality assurance systems
Safety
Providing for working knowledge of Health and Safety expectations as defined in the Company Management System.
Advise and actively assist personnel in the application of company safe working practices.
Promotes, participates and coaches personnel in the application of the THINK planning process, utilizing the rules of task planning.
Promotes, participates and coaches personnel in START observations, START monitoring and START tours through daily monitoring of operations.
Promotes the awareness, use and understanding of the COLORS process.
Monitors, coaches and advises on the Permit to Work system.
Monitors, coaches and advises on the Management of Change process.
Assists supervisors with the planning and development of HSE Meetings.
Continually review the Company Management System to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct periodic self-assessment audits to ensure compliance with company procedures.
Personnel Training
Meets the training requirements as per the applicable training matrix
Supervise and train the Trainee of each product that company distributes.
Promote and maintain an effective working relationship and communication with other departments.
Qualifications :-
Male / Female, age 25 – 35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any related filed
Communication (Thai & English) and presentation skills
Minimum of 2 years experience in Training and ER
Ability to arrange project or training course would be an advantage
Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
